DOMTAR Announcement February 4, 2008 SUBJECT: Husky® Offset and Lynx® Opaque Announcement Dear Valued Customer: Today, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering to our customers the well-known North American brands Husky® Offset and Lynx® Opaque as we progress with finalizing our commercial printing papers business platform. As part of our brand harmonization process we have made the decision to discontinue Windsor® Offset and Plainfield® Opaque. We anticipate having sufficient inventories of Windsor Offset and Plainfield Opaque to meet your transition needs. Both Husky Offset and Lynx Opaque roll and sheet products meet the certification standards of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® SFI at all of our manufacturing locations. Additionally, Lynx Opaque, sheet packed items, will begin transitioning to the certification standards of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) in April 2008. |
