In response to market feedback, MWV has elected to incorporate the current fuel surcharge into the transaction price.

This surcharge will no longer appear as a separate line item. This change will enable their customers to more accurately estimate final invoice costs.

The fuel surcharge will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. It is their intention to eliminate the fuel surcharge as soon as fuel costs return to historic levels.

All major suppliers of forms bond and related products have announced a $2.50cwt. price increase.

MeadWestvaco—$2.65 increase

Effective with shipments on September 1, 2004, we will be increasing the price of all Laser MOCR, Moistrite Forms Bond, Clearspring Offset and uncoated Hi-D Reply Card rolls by $2.65/cwt.

This increase includes both a market increase along with a fuel surcharge.
