To my customers… my friends

As you probably know, I’ll be retiring from Brown Paper in a few weeks.

I’ve been with Walter for 18 wonderful years and it is very  difficult to leave this great boss I’ve had for so long, but the highway is calling.

It seems as though I’ve known some of you forever, yet some are new.  You’ve all made me laugh, and a few have made me cry.  But at the end of the day, it was all worth it.  Hopefully, I’ve given you the best customer service possible.

My husband has been crying too…. for me to retire.  When I say the highway is calling, I really mean it.  We want to see the U.S.A. in our 40 foot Monaco motor home.

We have family from Canada to Florida, New York to California and many places in between. Of course, we want to visit them but we also want to see the sun rise and set over the Rockies. We want to visit Alaska and see the brown bears catching salmon in Denali National Park. Yellowstone, Glacier, the giant redwoods, the Pacific and much more are on our list.

If you’re one of the lucky ones, you just might spot us in your parking lot someday when I pop in to visit you. I will be leaving you in good hands and remember, you will all be in my heart for a long time to come.
